We are excited to introduce the new five-star luxury resort in Bali. The Centara Grand Nusa Dua Resort & Villas is located in the prestigious Nusa Dua area. The new-build resort will offer 14 luxury villas and 68 suites. Centara Hotels and Resorts is the leading luxury hotel chain in Thailand and is opening 3 hotels in Bali in 2012 & 2013.

Centara Grand Nusa Dua Resort & Villas are looking for a dynamic, strong communication skills, guest services oriented, able to work in a team of talented professionals, a passion for people and their work, strong hospitality backgrounds and ready to be a part of a very exciting and innovative company with details as below :

Director Sales & Marketing
- Indonesian nationality (male or female)
- 5 star Hotel background & preferable with Bali experience
- Up-to-date with current sales trends of destination
- Experience with local contracting in all market segments
- Able to coordinate & lead a Sales team
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage

Chief Engineer
- Indonesian nationality (male)
- Experience as Chief Engineer in 5 star hotel (Villas & Suites)
- Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
- Versatile in all Engineering backgrounds with proven track record
- Ability to communicate in English
- Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
- Can work under pressure to meet deadlines

Financial Controller
- Indonesian nationality (male or female)
- At least 5 years experience in Accounting in similar position
- All-rounder in all fields of Accounting with proven track record
- Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
- Ability to communicate in English
- Highly organized to meet goals & deadlines 

Executive Housekeeper
- Indonesian nationality (male or female)
- Experience as Housekeeping Manager in 5 star hotel (Villas & Suites)
- Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
- Attention to details and comfortable in guest interaction
- Ability to communicate in English
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
- Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed

Leisure & Environment Manager
- Indonesian nationality (male or female)
- Has previous experience in 4/5 star hotel in the sports & leisure department
- Versatile Sports enthusiast who can teach also Yoga, Pilates
- Outgoing personality and good communications skills to interact with customers
- Has experience with environmental organizations and to set up its procedures (Green Globe / Earth check)
- Good command of English is essential
- Good team leader

Front Office/Guest relation Manager
- Indonesian nationality (male or female)
- 5 star Hotel background (villas and resort experience)
- Experience in similar position for minimum 3 years is a must
- Good command of English
- Good organizations skills & works well under pressure
- Strong team leader
- Pre-opening & Bali experience is an advantage

Executive Sous Chef
- Indonesian nationality (male or female)
- 5 star Hotel background & preferably with luxury boutique experience
- Specialized in International and Asian cuisine is essential
- Minimum 3 years in similar position
- Creative, hands on with a passion for food
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
- Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
- Good command of English (oral, reading and writing)

Assistant F&B Manager
- Experience as high caliber F&B Supervisor & Asst. Manager in 5 star hotel & fine dining
- Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
- Has a passion for food & beverage and its trends
- Pays attention to details
- Ability to communicate in English
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
- Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
- Must have good presentation skills
