Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa, member of Kayumanis Group looking for someone who is passionate about treat the guest with courtesy, attentiveness, pleasantness & sincerity and willing to develop and grow as part of the team for following positions:

Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
* Managing & overseeing the department’s kitchen operations
* Responsible for food planning, menu planning, preparation, quality control, food costs, storage, manpower planning
* Manage, train and lead the kitchen staff and assist the Management in employment decision as and when required
* Implement controls, maintain company policies & procedures
Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the similar capacity
- Preferably Sous Chef Executive in Indonesian & International Cuisine.
- Computer knowledge such as checking emails, working on spreadsheets and words is necessary
- Have a good leadership
- Have a good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work on shifts which include weekend & public holidays

IT Support
Responsibilities:
* Managing all hardware, software, hotel system and website.
* Responsible in troubleshooting that occurred in optimization functions of the internet access and network installation in the hotel area.
Requirements:
- Male
- Have 1 year experience as network engineer,
- Familiar with PABX system, MYOH hotel system, internet wireless, access point
- Able to operate Macintosh
- Minimum Diploma III Information Technology
- Have a good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to communicate in English
