Vacancy Sous Chef

Maya Ubud Resort & Spa is a 5 star resort with 108 rooms/villas resort with 5 FB outlets, banquet looking for a dynamic Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Party ready to take a new challenger.
Qualification required:
* minimum 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurant or reputable catering established
* passionate and up to date with food trends
* experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
* creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
* preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guests
* good people management practices with good communication skills
