Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable catering establishments
- Passionate and up to date with food trends
- Experience in Japanese cuisine including Teppanyaki
- Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
- Team player and good communication skills
- Indonesian Nationals only need apply
