11. Human Resources Manager.

Minimum Requirements :
- 2 years of working experiences with similar position
- holds at least Diploma III Hotel and Tourism Education
- has decisiveness and tactfulness,
- capable of preparing Business plan
- has the assertiveness of leadership style.

SUPERVISORY POSITIONS :
1. Front Office,
2. Housekeeping
3. Food & Beverage
4. Chef de partie
5. Account payable and receivable
6. General Cashier
7. Purchasing,
8. Night Auditor
9. Human Resources Officer
10. Sales Executive
11. IT Coordinator
12. Executive Secretary
13. Duty Engineer.

Minimum Requirements :
- 2 years of working experiences with similar position
- holds at least Diploma III Hotel and tourism Education
- has supervisory skills
- has customer relations techniques
- capable of conducting hard skills training
- has the assertiveness of leadership style.
