RECEPTIONIST (TELP OPERATOR)
JOB SUMMARY
To provide an efficient and courteous service in answering all incoming call and assists outgoing call, handling messages based on the company telephone manner and standard,  to assist our guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all front office related functions and to maintain a standard level of service and hospitality at all times.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· To full understand and implement the correct telephone courtesy, technique and manner. Answering all incoming calls and assists any outgoing call with the fixed standard and procedure
· To make sure that all message completely recorded on the message form and to ensure that all message is received by the person as the person available
· Cordially greet  every  guest/ visitor with a smile in a courteous and genuine manner. To be aware to all guests, especially VIP in house for special attention
· To ensure that all equipment in the Reception Desk are in good condition and well cleaned, reporting and follow up for any repair required
· To ensure that all daily supplies such as : Message form, Log Book, Incoming –  Outgoing Log Book, MICE Movement and FIT Movement is available for daily operation.,
· Keep all up-to-dated data  for any information related to the daily company operation.
· Keep up-date telephone data base for daily company operation

REQUIREMENTS :
· University degree (min Diploma)
· Speak active English
· Good administration skill
· Able to manage work pressure
· Good personality, positive attitude
· Willing to learn
· Fresh graduates are welcome
