b. Min. 1 years experience in similar position.
c. Good command in English both oral & written. (1,2,3,4)
d. Strong leadership (1,2,3,4)
e. Strong analytical skill to organize training needs and activities based on the business trend (1).
f. Has good knowledge and references on training materials (1)
g. Positive personality and team player and initiative.
