RESERVATION AGENT

Qualifications:
- Male or female
- Experience minimum 1 year as Reservation Agent
- Good Correspondence skill
- Highly motivated and has pleasant personality
- Computer literate and familiar with Fidelio Hotel system
- Willing to work in shifts and during public holidays
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Open minded and energetic
- Service oriented and love to help others
- Good communication skill
- Able to work both individually and as part of a team
