Resort Supervisor (RS)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for manage Day to Day Resort Operations and establish standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff.
Education and Experience Required:
-    Graduation from university and considerable experience supervisory positions in housekeeping work.
-    Proven record of excellent team management & leadership as well as proven ability to work alone and on your own initiative.
-    Relevant customer service experience and forthright approach to dealing with difficult situations in a customer-facing environment.

-    Fluent English in both written and most importantly, conversation.
-    Computer literacy in Excel & Word.
-    Excellent organization skills with the ability to drive your team forward to achieve, excel and exceed expectations.
-    Hold relevant residence status (Bali) or willing to be placed in Bali.
