Director of Sales & Marketing Vacancy

Sobek Bali Utama one of the best adventure Tour Company currently is seeking qualified candidate and has an interest in adventure:
DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (DOSM)
Responsibilities:
* To provide "hands on" inspirational leadership to an experienced and well established team of Sales Managers
* To implement the yearly and monthly Commercial Actions Plans of the company
* To achieve the monthly and yearly sales targets, both quality and quantity
* To manage, motivate and develop sales team and help them improve their performance and productivity
* To co-visit, serve the key-dealers and work closely with the sales team to develop the relationship with the customers
* To report regularly on the market situation, competitors' movements, results of any actions, sales opportunities and other assigned tasks
* To maximize the tremendous growth opportunity that exist
* Enhancing revenue and margin by driving high quality customer activity
* Developing innovative commercial/marketing solution with both new and existing customers

Requirements:
* Male or female, 30-35 years old
* Min. 2 years experience at the same or similar position
* Min. 3 years managerial experience of sales forces
* Proven leadership, negotiation and analytical skills
* High level of drive and determination
* Good English proficiency
* Good looking, self confident & well presented
