COMMIS CHEF / LINE COOK
A passionate chef with exposure to different types of cuisine
Able to work independently, as part of a small team
Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness of the work area
Follow standard recipes and portion sizes accurately
GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Motivate and lead small team with experience in Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services and a good understanding of accounting procedures
Excellent supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills with a keen attention to detail
Promotes team achievement, contributes to the development and success of departmental objectives
Excellent coordination with other operational departments for a seamless guest experience
HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR
Coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations, ensures accurate work schedulling
Maintain high levels of room cleanliness and deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience
Comfortable with administering Housekeeping resources and inventory control
Exceptional trainer with a passion for developing junior team members
Work closely with Engineering Department to establish a preventive maintenance schedule
