Restaurant Manager Vacancy for Bikini Restaurant

8 DEGREE PROJECTS are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Restaurant Manager with strong leadership skills, a dynamic personality and an eye for detail. Your goal is to ensure guest service standards are exceeded at all levels.

You will have a passion for training and development of front line staff and team leaders. The right candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a venue operating in high volume. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve outstanding sales results.

REQUIREMENT:
• Ambition and willing to commit to a flexible schedule; incorporating weekends and nightshifts
• Possess great leadership skills, a positive attitude and excellent guest relations
• Excellent service standards, displaying a humble warm attentive approach
• Strong food & beverage knowledge
• Stock control and management
• Staff management including; rostering, training, performance management
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Coordination, execution and evaluation of promotions for both the venue by creating external marketing and internally with staff competitions.
• Fiscal management including labour and COG’s managemen
• PnL understanding
• Possess good computer skills
