Bali Job Vacancy - HARRIS Hotel Bukit Jimbaran is now inviting applications for the following positions :

DIRECTOR OF SALES MARKETING (DOSM)
General Requirements:
• Male/Female
• Posses minimum 5 years experience in the same position at 4-5 star Hotel
• Extensive experiences in both MICE and Leisure Business
• Target oriented, Optimistic, Smart and Hard worker
• Strong leadership
• Spoken and written English

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the General Manager to implement, achieve and maintain the hotel's and company goals and objectives.
• Responsible for identifying, developing and managing accounts within specific segments, markets or geographical territories.
• Develop account production for group, MICE and F&B to achieve targeted revenue and sales results.
• Ensure reports are completed to the hotel's operational standards.
