Ubud Hanging Gardens is looking for: Financial Controller

Criteria:
- Experience in the same position - Min 3 years
- Good English skills, spoken and written
- Good team player
- Able to work with deadlines
- Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities include:
- Implement and maintain the company SOP
- Day-to-day financial administration
- Monthly, quarterly, forecast and budget reporting
- Mentor subordinates
- Work closely with GM & Regional Finance Controller
- Manage local tax compliance issues
- Ensure all contracting activity is subject to appropriate quality control and review procedures
- Manage cash flow forecasting through forward looking rolling forecasts and other techniques.
- Undertake new project work on an “as needed” basis
