ASST. DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
-    Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
-    Four (4) years experience in a similar position
-    Good communication skills both verbal and written
-    Must be able to speak, read and write in English
-    Proven Leadership skills
-    Certified Train the Trainer
-    Experienced in Preventive Maintenance and Project Supervision
-    Able to read and interpret operating & maintenance manuals and construction drawings
-    Display a thorough understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning & Plumbing within a Hotel environment
-    Good knowledge of chillers, boilers and refrigeration
-    Well versed in Energy conservation initiatives, and occupational health & safety practices
-    Experienced in office procedures, ordering materials, inventory control systems, blue printing, etc

ASSISTANT/FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
•    Minimum Diploma III in F&B Management or Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
•    Four (4) years as Assistant / Food & Beverage Manager with Restaurant and Bar Management progression.
•    Good communication skills both verbal and written
•    Must be able to speak, read and write in English
•    Job stability in career movement
•    Track record in training through high ratings for customer service
•    A proven success in F&B marketing and revenue development
•    A proven success in F&B cost control
•    Worked with an Executive Chef
•    Willingness to develop career with HPL
•    Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget analysis

TALENT MANAGEMENT MANAGER
•    Graduate in HR Management with at least 3 years of HR generalist experience in talent management; recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefit, employee relations issues, training and development needs.
•    Good communication skills both verbal and written
•    Must be able to speak, read and write in English
•    Effective computer skills
•    Possess good problem-solving skills, analytical, meticulous and service oriented with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
•    Experience in a HR business partnering role in a service industry
•    Certified Train the Trainer

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
•    Minimum Bachelor degree with at least 3 years experience in Training & Development
•    Good communication skills both verbal and written
•    Must be able to speak, read and write in English
•    Effective computer skills
•    Good Interpersonal skills
•    Engaging appearance and personality
•    Possess of presentation and administrative skills
•    Certified Train the Trainer

ASST. HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
•    Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
•    Two (2) years experience in a similar position in a 4/5 Star Hotel
•    Strong communication skills both verbal and written
•    Must be able to speak, read and write in English
•    Proven Leadership skills
•    Certified Train the Trainer
•    Familiar with Fidelio or other hotel computer system
•    Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget analysis
•    Has good knowledge of Laundry Operations
