The Bale, an exclusive and intimate boutique resort in Nusa Dua, member of Small Luxury Hotels of The World is looking for suitable candidates to fill up the vacant position of :
SALES MANAGER
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same/similar position in 5 star or luxury boutique hotel
- Competence in basic sales strategy Strong leadership, target oriented and dynamic personality
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Familiar with MYOH system is an advantage.

RESERVATION STAFF
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position
- Good knowledge of hotel reservation process
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Computer Literate, familiar with Hotel Information System
- Familiar with Myoh system is an advantage
- Good listener, dynamic and well organized

SALES ADMINISTRATION
Requirements:
- Hotel tourism graduated (Fresh graduated are welcome)
- High computer literate, good skill in English correspondence and well organized
- Highly self motivated with good working attitude and well organized
- Familiar with Myoh system is an advantage

MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Along With Sales Marketing team responsible for proposing and implementing strategies that promote revenue growth and support the Hotel's brand positioning and image
- Responsibilities may include leveraging and executing social media and website strategies
Requirements:
- Relevant University Diploma or Degree.
- At least 2 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English fluently.
- Dynamic, Inspiring and Innovative

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing visual solution to the communication needs of the hotel, using mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Working knowledge of the latest computer program and an understanding of material cost and time limits.
- To Support IT environment
Requirements:
- Relevant University Diploma or Degree.
- At least 1 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Dynamic, Inspiring, Innovative, Creative and Proactive in presenting his/her idea and design
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Knowledge of HTML, PHP & MYSQL programming

CHIEF ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the short and long term planning and program for maintenance, energy conservation and day to day operations also ensure compliance with all codes and regulations. To train and ensure safe environment which protect the asset,guests and employee
Requirements:
- Relevant University Diploma or Degree.
- At least 2 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English.
- Dynamic, Inspiring and Innovative

MIXOLOGIST
Responsibilities:
Responsible for producing various drinks in bars and restaurant up to the guests need and based on standard. Also responsible for his/her work area cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Relevant University Diploma or Degree.
- At least 1 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort or bar
- Ability to read and speak in English.
- Dynamic, Innovative and Creative in presenting his/her beverages
