Villa Seminyak Estate & Spa, a 52 luxury villas comprising of 76 rooms, Two Restaurants and Spa is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Food & Beverage Manager and Sales Manager.

Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities :
Directs and coordinates all activities within Food & Beverage department, establishing high operational standards and maximizing revenue.

Requirement :
- Has been in similar position for at least 2 years.
- Good command of English both writing and verbal
- A real hands on manager with a vision of excellent service and creativity.
- Good time management and organization skills
- Excellent in maintaining consistent standard
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to control costs and maximize profitability
- Outgoing personality, well groomed and presentation

Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for Wedding and Asian Market and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability.

Requirement :
- Has been in similar position for at least 2 years
- Good command of English both writing and verbal
- Good communication skills
- Profound ability to elicit new accounts and interact and cooperate with the existing accounts
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong ability to sell concept and ideas
- Great ability to control expenses
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Outgoing personality, well groomed and presentation
