Executive Assistant Manager and Executive Chef

Alila Manggis are currently looking for candidates that are interested in becoming an Executive Assistant Manager and Executive Chef with detail requirement as follow:
1. Executive Assistant Manager
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- 2 years experience in similar field
- Very strong in Front Office and Housekeeping, other skills would be more advantageous
- Service Oriented
- Team Work
- Very Detail
- Capable to work ” Multi Tasks “
- English is a must. Other languages would be more advantageous
- Capable to work under preassure and long hours

2. Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Experience with knowledge of western cuisine and experience in Asia
- Having worked in a five-star hotel before is a must
- Culinary diploma/degree
- Experienced Executive Sous Chef ready for a promotional opportunity
- Experience training new recruits and department trainers and HACCP
