Human Resources Department Manager
General Requirements:
1. Male, age not more than 40 years old, preferably living in Bali
2. Strong leadership and good personality
3. Preferably graduated from a reputable university, majoring in Psychology/Law
4. Has proven working experience in HRD
5. Excellent knowledge in recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal, Industrial relation & Indonesia labor law
6. Experience in training design & analysis is an advantage
